Coaching

My approach to coaching is to help you realize your "pūtake", your life purpose. I love helping to grow people. But I may not be your cup of tea, so you should check me out. Ngāti Porou, Rakaipaaka, Ngāti Kahungunu with descent lines from Scotland, Ireland and the Orkney Islands, I am no shrinking violet! I am passionate about working for social justice and equity. And my coaching is results focused.

I have two coaching options:
1. He Hoa Aroha, Executive Coaching for Senior Professionals; and
2. Pumau ki te Kaupapa, Career Development for Budding Activists.

I work with people in 6 month cycles and only work with a small number of people at any one time.
